Ordered 2x 12 crates. Swift delivery, however every can I ordered came damaged and dented. I contacted them and they blamed the delivery service despite insufficient packaging to prevent this. I then emailed them back as to how they would rectify this and they haven’t responded for over two weeks. Very disappointed with the service for these products.

I’m so lucky to live a mile from Ainsty. The beer is superb, the taproom is friendly with local food and live entertainment most weekends and the guys that run it are spot on. Why would you give your money to a massive brewery when you’ve got this unbelievable quality on your doorstep?

Booked a table but unfortunately waited 30 minutes before we legged it as we hadn't been served or even acknowledged of waiting times.
Very unorganised and with no communication from staff with little will or effort. We understand that the current situation takes a little longer but common sense and rocket science springs to mind.
We drove to a pub 15 minutes away, which was as busy, and got served within minutes of sitting down, music to our ears!
I'd heard great reviews about Ainsty brewery but came away very disappointed!

We are blessed with good breweries in and around York but this truly one of the best. They delivered to me during the current lockdown. Four main ales with other guest beers. Look for them on facebook.

Pleasant, friendly atmosphere and nice beer. Spoiled by the ridiculously long queue for drinks. I wanted to spend the evening with my wife and friends, not queuing. Although I spent so long queueing that I made new friends in the queue!

Great local brewery with a delicious selection of beers. Andy and his team work very hard to ensure they are covid secure whether buying through the drive through or in the tap room marquis. We are looking forward to the day the tap room can re-open, meanwhile will continue to buy our Groweler and enjoy Ainsty Ales beer at home.
